Jennifer Hamelet exhibited her attention to detail when she created this American farmhouse with a coastal twist. Tucked away on one of West U’s most private streets, award winning Mirador Builders puts a modern twist on the classic American coastal farmhouse. A walkway of antique bricks brings you to a welcoming front porch with a custom copper gas lantern. Some of the farmhouse style shows through its features of light and bright interiors with ebony stained oak hardwoods, crown molding, wood clad windows, bronze light fixtures. This farmhouse style home has an open kitchen with Thermador appliances, honed granite and Carrera marble counters. The steel doors lead to the spacious backyard with a fire pit and thoughtfully landscaped yard.
